Manage customer orders from creation, fulfillment, shipping and billing. View all order details including order invoice, payment information, tracking number, order tags and related items such as subscriptions or RMAs.
Walk-in & Pick-up
Easily create and process walk-in and pick-up orders across multiple locations.
Shopping Cart
The shopping cart replicates the online shopping experience. Conveniently browse catalogs, select products and services, and finally checkout.
Pricing
Control item pricing with features such as multiple currencies; customer-specific pricing; promotional pricing; and structural quantity discounts.
Charges
Easily add charges to shopping cart or preconfigure charges to be associated with certain products/services; payment methods such as credit cards; or payment terms such as scheduled payments.
Multi-location
Handle multi-location shipping needs within one order. Different shipping methods are available for each location with a simple drop-down. Add additional delivery locations within the shopping cart.

Shipping

Taxes
Taxes are automatically calculated and displayed in a full taxation breakdown on the shopping cart summary page. You can configure taxes to be either destination based or point-of-sale based. You can associate sale items with certain tax categories (such as tax exemptions) so that only the appropriate taxes are applied, covering all your taxation needs.
Payment Terms
Easily choose payment terms and methods for orders before checkout. The Orders app supports the flexibility of deposit payments or scheduled payments based on sales or delivery dates.
Order Cancellation
Capture cancellation type and reason for future analysis. Option to automatically refund orders is also available.
3rd Party Integration
Nino Systems offers third-party integration with leading commerce brands such as Amazon and CommerceHub. Seamlessly import external orders to Nino Systems, fulfill orders and update order statuses. Add tracking numbers and sync all cancelled orders, refunds and returns.
Interactions
Create, view and keep track of all interactions with your customers, such as comments and emails, in one location. This feature allows interaction details to be accessed by relevant people in your company. Easy-to-use templates for standard communication responses to customers are readily available from the intuitive interactions screen.
RMAs
The RMA process is streamlined and quickly accessible through the Orders app. Easily process full and partial exchanges/refunds meeting warranty and refund policy guidelines.
Notes
Create and view notes for each order, with relevant documents/attachments, centralizing customer information and making it easier to share across your organization. For each note, you can restrict access to selected users and specify whether the customer can see it. Notes can be archived instead of deleted, ensuring no information is lost.
